Fall in Love with these Autumn Wedding Trends

As the nights begin to cool down in Arizona, we are preparing for another joyous season of bespoke weddings and celebrations. Many of our bridal couples have been working with Amy Mancuso Events for over a year to plan the perfect day that reflects the warmth and romance of the season. Discover some of our favorite fall wedding trends to inspire your dream day.

1. A Cozy Color Palette

As we move away from pastels and the vibrancy of the summer sun, our bridal couples want more neutral and warm color palettes for their autumn weddings. Some of Amy’s favorite color combinations for fall celebrations include rich sapphires and emerald greens as well as earth tones reminiscent of Sonoran desert such as terra cotta, moss and marigold, along with brass accents that exude elegance.

2. Statement Wedding Dresses

Brides are ready to shine like never before. Statement dresses with voluminous sleeves, patterns and on-trend embellishments are in high demand. From fashionable cuts and details that give wedding dresses the wow-factor, we are starting to see more statement dresses walk down the aisles. Discover the newest bridal collection from Oscar de la Renta for inspiration.

3. All Outdoor

In Arizona, fall nights are crisp and not too cold, making it the ideal temperature for outdoor ceremonies and outdoor wedding receptions. Continue the party under a star-filled night sky with twinkling lights and candlelit tablescapes. Incorporating blankets into your wedding décor will keep your guests comfortable all evening long.

4. Large-Scale Sequel Weddings

For the bridal couples who had to cancel or modify their weddings in 2020, we are seeing an increase in the desire for a sequel wedding. This is when the bridal couple chooses to have their wedding all over again, this time with an expanded guest list, formal dinner service, dancing and all the hugs and handshakes they didn’t get to experience at their first wedding.

5. Warm Lighting

Bistro lights strung overhead and warm up-lighting will make for a more inviting ambiance for your fall wedding. Bonus points if your wedding venue comes with an indoor or outdoor fireplace where guests can mingle next to the sensory delight of a crackling fire.
